J.C. Hart took part in a groundbreaking event held Wednesday, May 27th at the site of The District at Saxony project in Fishers. Republic Development, our partner in The District project, (as well as our Linden Square property) hosted the event attended by J.C. Hart's Executive Committee members. Also in attendance were associates from; Bank of America, who funded the loan commitment for the project, Weaver Sherman Design, Stoeppelwerth & Associates, and members of the Fishers' Town Council, among others. It was a beautiful day for a groundbreaking and everyone in attendance is very excited about this forthcoming 269 unit community.
