The J.C. Hart Construction Division has delivered the first two cottage buildings to the management team at StoneBridge. As part of the second phase to StoneBridge, J.C. Hart Company has developed a 30 unit parcel that includes triplex cottage homes. There are 10 total buildings featuring a 2 bedroom, 2 bedroom + den, and 3 bedroom cottage home in each.Each home features upgraded finishes like chocolate walnut cabinetry, nickel hardware & fixtures, stainless steel/black appliances, and much more.
